Focus on the well-being of employees

At HedeDanmark, we want to be one of the leading companies when it comes to the well-being of our employees. We are trying to create well-being for all employees every day.

We carry out various types of surveys to assess the working environment. If a division faces satisfaction challenges it is recommended to hold dialogue meetings and prepare an action plan to support the ongoing focus on employee well-being and on improving the organisation.

The latest profound satisfaction survey showed that no less than 86 % of the company’s salaried workers are very satisfied or satisfied to work at HedeDanmark while 10 % are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. The result for hourly paid workers showed that 79 % are very satisfied or satisfied while 14 % are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied.

The objective is to increase the number of very satisfied employees further in future.

HedeDanmark has a high standing among Danish employees
Rambøll, that completes the survey, has prepared a benchmark based on replies from 6,000 Danish employees and the results show that in most questions, HedeDanmark is well above average among Danish employees.
