HD 2412 supplies almost all types of equipment for the forest, the production of Christmas trees and greenery, as well as for nurseries and landscape gardering.
In addition to the primary equipment range, HD 2412 also has various other quality products such as outdoor clothing, footwear and workwear.
HD 2412’s product catalogue with its 240 pages forms the backbone of the sale and is available in Danish, German, French and English. The catalogue provides an overview of products as well as useful information about weed control, Christmas tree diseases, etc.
To supplement this catalogue, HD 2412 introduced a web shop in 2010 to help the customer navigate the wide range of services and products offered by HD 2412.

From mail order to web shop
HD 2412 was established in 1976 and worked at first mainly as a mail order company under Hedeselskabet. Today, HD 2412 runs the activities from own premises in Viborg.
HD 2412’s history in brief:
1976 - Establishment – starts selling mostly safety equipment
1985 - Second largest forestry mail order company (in Denmark)
1993 - Starts selling to the German market through Heidegesellschaft
(new market name is HD Silva)
2003 - Moves into own premises in Vævervej in Viborg
2010 - The web shop is launched with the option of internet purchases
2013 - Moves into new offices/warehouse in Gl. Skivevej in Viborg
